President’s Letter Guest Policy Board of Directors
August, 2009
Dear Members and Friends of the Forum;
The Pinehurst Forum presents its 2009 – 2010 Season. As we begin our 70th year, your Board is pleased to present a variety of programs featuring professional performers that we believe will appeal to the wide interests of our membership.
Our new year begins with the Broadway singing duo of Lauren Kennedy & Alan Campbell and continues with a full line up of comedians, singers and other talented entertainers.
Membership annual dues are $125 per person. And, for each event attended, The Country Club of North Carolina will separately bill a dinner charge of $39.75 per person all inclusive, plus any beverages charged at the bar. Memberships are non-transferable; Forum Members will be charged $35 for each guest, in addition to their dinner and beverage charges. The 2009-2010 Guest Policy is enclosed for your information. CCNC has a no tipping policy except for parking valet.
In keeping with our 70 years of tradition, gentlemen are required to wear tuxedos and ladies are to wear appropriate formal evening attire.
Please return your check and registration card early. Once again we are limiting membership to 370 and will give a 30 day advance registration privilege to our current members. Your cancelled check is your confirmation. Prospective new members who have been referred by current membership will be accepted on a first come basis.
We hope you find the series of interest and will join us this season.
Sincerely,
Jon Devault, President
Pinehurst Forum, Inc.
